Issue with Bricksforge File Upload Not Compatible with JetEngine Gallery Field

Hello Bricksforge team,

I’m encountering an issue when using the File Upload field in Bricksforge forms, in combination with JetEngine’s Meta Box Gallery Field.
When I try to use the Bricksforge file upload field to update a JetEngine gallery-type meta field, the images are not displayed correctly, and the post either throws an error.

What I Did:

  1. In JetEngine, I created a custom meta field called gallery, with type Media Gallery and value storage set to Array with media ID and URL.

Make sure your email address is the same as the one you`re using for your license. Then, the “Support” category will become visible :slight_smile:

Well first i hit on ticket and it was published as public
Also my tickets leeds to a 404

Is your forum email address the same as in your Bricksforge customer dashboard? If no, update it in the forum and you will have access :slightly_smiling_face:

First i updated it and then try to send ticket
They are the same, but i don’t have access :pleading_face:
