Thank you for participating in our open beta. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and will help us improve the product before its final release. Before posting your bug report, please take a moment to read through the guidelines below to ensure that your report is as detailed and helpful as possible.

Before Posting

  1. Check for Duplicates: Search for existing reports in this category. If someone has already posted the same issue, feel free to add any additional insights or confirm that you are experiencing it as well.
  2. Test on the Latest Version: Ensure that you are using the most recent beta version of the plugin. Some issues may already be resolved in a recent update.
  3. Disable Other Plugins: Try disabling other plugins temporarily to rule out conflicts. If the issue persists, include this information in your report.
  4. Clear Your Cache: Sometimes, bugs may appear to persist due to cached files. Clear your browser and website cache and check if the issue still occurs.

What to Include in Your Bug Report

  1. Clear Title:
    Provide a concise, descriptive title for your report, including the beta version as a prefix. For example: [3.0.0-beta.1] Bricksforge Panel icon is missing.”

  2. Step-by-Step Reproduction: Clearly describe the actions you took leading up to the bug. For example:
    • Open Bricksforge Panel
    • Toggle Settings Icon
    • Increase Timeline Seconds
    • Timeline Seconds not increasing

  1. Expected Result: Explain what you expected to happen versus what actually occurred. This helps us understand where the product isn’t meeting its intended behavior.

  2. Screenshots or Videos (If Possible): Visual evidence can speed up diagnosis. If you can record your screen or capture a screenshot, please attach it.

  1. Any Relevant Log Files or Error Messages: If you can access logs, error codes, or crash reports, including them can be extremely helpful.

  2. Frequency of the Issue: Let us know if this happens every time you follow the same steps, or if it’s intermittent.
