I created an initial API endpoint and was able to sync to a custom post type perfectly. I added a second and it’s not currently showing in the menu on the left and it says it’s synced successfully. Video linked here
Did you try to refresh the browser after syncing the first time? The new menu is showing after refresh 
I did refresh the page and logged in and out. It looks like it may have been a caching issue but it is working now.
