The code in the Pro Forms documentation for the select field no longer works. It causes a critical error. We are trying to create a select country codes with the select fields. Please outline how to do this now that the value and the Value are separated within the element. The Output Php function in the value causes a critical error.
You can use the JSON area for that. Just include your country codes as JSON and you’re fine
