Bricksforge Admin Panel Empty After Updating to Bricks 2.3

Hi everyone,

I updated Bricks Builder to version 2.3 yesterday and since then I’ve noticed that the Bricks → Bricksforge admin panel is completely empty — everything that used to be there has disappeared from that menu.

Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I’ve checked mine and this update doesn’t trigger anything unexpected.
Try deleting any cache level, check PHP/JS errors, try disabling bricksforge extensions or plugins.

Hi @Filippo! Several of our websites are experiencing the issue I mentioned — the Bricksforge menu item displays only a completely blank, white page. I’ve disabled all plugins on these sites, but that didn’t resolve the problem either. The Console doesn’t show any errors.
Is anyone else experiencing this?

really I don’t know what to say except that this plugin really needs some bug fixing in several areas. I’ll write a post (hope today) beacuse in my opinion is starting to get difficult to work with bricksforge. It isen’t a drama but as a paid plugin we need something working and with a proper support.

we are using Bricksforge on many live sites with Bricks 2.3 – no issues. Also, there are no support tickets mentioning this issue :thinking: Could you try to refresh your permalinks? Also, do you see some javascript errors in the console?

Hi everyone, I have similiar problem, when Bricksforge is active I cant edit pages, Bricksbuilder doesnt load. Only white page without any content and no errors in console.

Could you create a support ticket in the private “Support” category, sending access to the site? This would help to find the cause for this problem. :thinking:
