Bricksforge backend not loading

The backend of the bricksforge Panel is not loading. In the newtork-monitor i see the call to https://bricksforge.io/wp-admin/admin-post.php?action=check_license_key&key=XXXX returns following error:
{“errors”:{“http_request_failed”:[“cURL error 28: Resolving timed out after 10000 milliseconds”]},“error_data”:}
Can you fix this please?

Could you try to refresh your permalinks and make sure they are not set to “Plain”?
Also, could you try to disable security plugins if installed?

now it works. I think your server was a bit overloaded?

It had nothing to do with my WordPress installation. Because when I accessed the URL directly, I also got this error.

But it’s working again now.

Or hosting provider Vultr had some major server issues today. Seems to work again. Thanks for confirming that :slight_smile:
