I designed an email template for a specific form, I added the form ID but whenever the form is submitted and the email is sent the template doesn’t take effect.
Below is the template condition and the form ID
try removing the brxe- prefix so just put contact and see if it works.
Done but still the same issue.
Ah my bad, I believe it’s not the actual ID but rather the data-script-id attribute that you need:

Yes, the Email Designer expects the script ID, not the element ID
