I dont know what i need to do or what im doing wrong.
I am uploading the file format that it’s asking for. I also tried a zip file. No matter what, I cannot get the 3D model to show.
Then I download a third-party 3D model program, and I just upload this file format glb, and it shows perfectly. But I would like to have less plugins for these. So, anyone have this 3D going and how is your process?

hard to tell without trying your model but what I found is often the culprit is the positioning / scale of the model. Say you created your model in blender but it’s off center or has a weird scale, then it technically shows up but you’d have to zoom and pan around forever to find it. I guess that third party plugin might have some tricks baked in that normalizes those things on upload.
If you can share your model I’ll give it a shot on my end
