I have a problem with the Update post meta action.
I have a JetEngine Post Type with the metafield “media” and the name is “audio_audio”. Everything is set as it should be, I can correct the post, i.e. the title, using the “Update Post” action. I can’t replace the existing mp3 file with Update Post Meta even though everything is done according to the documentation, I’m sure. File widget has id “mp3_file”. The value format of the meta field audio_audio is set to Media_id because that’s the only way I can see the file in Bricks with the Audio widget. When submitting the form, I get the message: “An error occurred. Please contact the site administrator”. (BTW “my_post_id” is from the hidden widget). Can someone explain to me why this is happening?
I think I have an idea what’s happening here. Few days ago, another user had a similar issue with mp3 files. Could you create a ticket sending access? Debugging it will confirm that it’s the same issue. It yes, it’s a current bug in Bricksforge, which I can solve for your installation
