I was encountering the issue, that bricksforge was just sending one of two Mail templates, but both were configured correctly.
So after a very long try and error, i have found out that the reason why it was not possible to get both Mail-templates sent out, was that i must not insert any data at the E-Mail-Settings in the E-Mail-Designer and just put in the data in the bricks editor at the Pro Form at the Tab “Mail” and Mail Confirmation”. When i have done that, the delivery of the Templates works fine.
