This is not a high priority item. As a work-around, classes in Bricksforge Global Classes can be deleted and overwritten.

I second this for enabling them on a set basis.
BTW if you think about it: there is even a third possible hidden in your request: the theoretical possibility to track on a individual class basis… I mean you set them up in BricksForge to exposes them as global classes and the page specific field for assigning classes tracks usage. The question is, if filtering at a class level yields benefit vs. the overhead it might produce.
