Combine Date Field with ACF

Iam creating a website for a coworking space.
It has 3 different locations. All locations have different working hours.

I want user to be able to book a table during the working hours of the individual space.

So iam thinking of creating ACF checkbox fields for all weekdays.
Admins can check on which days the space is opened.

Then i need to show a fieldgroup to setup the opening hours for each day.

e.g.
Space 1) Opened from Monday to Friday from 9 to 5
Space 2) Opened from Tuesday to Thursday from 9 to 3

In a PRO From i want to let user choose

  1. a location
  2. a ticket (2 hours, 8hours, …)
  3. pick a date WITHIN the opening hours of the choosen Space.

My question would be:
Can i influence the Date (visual calendar) with ACF data?
