Conditional Submit Button text doesn't change back

I’ve created a condition based on a calc field to disable the submit button and change its text.

Once I cross the limit (22) the text changes and the button is disabled as expected. However if I lower my value to something that would be submittable, the button text doesn’t change back. It gets re-enabled though so it’d work.
