Since upgrading to Bricks v2, the email designer no longer seems to be functioning / mail no longer sent as html.
I have checked template is active. Was working fine before Bricks updated
Can you go to Bricks > System Information (in the side menu of admin) and make sure to post specifically what version of Bricks you are using (Bricks v2 doesn’t exist, but Bricks 2.0.1 and Bricks 2.0.2 does). Also include the list of other plugins etc that you’re using to help others troubleshoot whether it is a conflict with another plugin.

I am using the latest versions of Bricks 2.0.2 and Bricksforge together with FluentSMTP and a Booking plugin (HBook). I have deactivated all other plugins.
When I send a test email in BF Email Designer - I receive an HTML email. When I generate an email through the booking plugin I don’t.
I’ve been doing some other testing and oddly I am using the same stack (same plugin/theme versions) on another website and HTML emails initiated from the booking plugin there ARE working.
I’ll try and see what I can find is the difference
Is the other site a completely different host? It might be a firewall / WAF rules issue. I’d recommend looking at the debug / security / access logs and see if you can find any clues.
Same host but on your advice taken a look at the error logs and it appears there is a conflict maybe with the host optimisation and Bricksforge so will experiment with settings to see what is causing it. Thanks!
