If I upload a with space(s) in it’s name, and have an action “Email” activated I get submission error from the email part (red notification). The form itself submits the rest of the actions eg. webhook, submissions etc. No Submission email, just the new email “submission partially failed”.
I also tried the option to rename the uploaded file (use random cryptic name) but the error remains, even though the file get’s renamed.
Could someone confirm they have the same issue or I’m just running around with my own little issues?! Thank you 
EDIT: jpg files with spaces upload fine, error comes when PNG and ZIP files have spaces.
