I have a website that uses the Pro Forms feature. The site has been live for about a year and has always worked perfectly. However, since October 7, a bug has appeared where submissions only show the form ID instead of the actual submitted data. Before that, it always displayed the submitted data correctly, and I have not changed any settings.
What is strange is that I also use Pro Forms in the footer for newsletter sign ups, and those submissions still correctly show the form title instead of the ID, and the data is visible as expected.
Even though the submissions are not stored correctly, the submitted data is fortunately still being received by my client, so the form itself does work. Perhaps the issue is caused by having multiple forms on the same template page?
Could you please take a look and let me know what might be going wrong?
