I am not sure how many fields can populate the form submission. But I have a contact Form with approx 30 fields. Can they all be submitted or is it only Phone, Email, and Date?
I am not getting First and Last names and any other fields to be submitted. Confirmation and receiving emails work fine.
Could just be missing values? I am not sure. Would appreciate some guidance.
