My forms submission table seems to be broken. Any idea why it looks like this?

No, I have not enabled any of the admin customization options. if that’s what you mean? I am running ACSS 2.8
The form sends me the email correctly.
Also, why doesn’t the pro-forms element send responses to the bricks form-submission table?
