Gsap Flip - data attribute

Hey there,

I’m trying to create a flip transition—nothing too fancy—but I’m looking for a way to assign the final state dynamically.
My projects are pulled in via ACF and should transition into a grid layout.

If I target a single class for the final state, all images animate into the same position. But I need each image to transition to its own spot in the grid.

So I thought I could use the data-flip-id attribute and dynamically assign the project title to it, so that each final state is unique. That should work in theory, right? But I can’t seem to get it working—so I’m wondering if it’s even possible?

I kinda understand what you’re after but also hard to come up with something without seeing the whole setup haha. Could you either share a video of your setup so I can set it up on my end or share some logins for me to take a look, using this syntax to keep it private?
