I have posted in the Support category:

But it has been 2 weeks and I’ve had no response.

Is there still active support for this plugin, or is anyone able to advise on my issue (below)…

How can I ensure the CSV export column order is the same order as on the frontend form?

The CSV export of form submissions has the columns in a very random order. I have set Column Visibility in an attempt to order them as I want them (in the order as the frontend form questions), but it makes no difference to the export.

Its really sad this forum is not used, not even by the developers.

I wish I knew the answer to your question, but I have not used the form much beyond more basic functions.

Apologies! we are actually pretty active but mostly only in the support category and once in a while I do miss something and a ticket escapes my radar :confused: A follow up reply to move it back to the top usually does the trick if I haven’t gotten back after a day or two :slight_smile:
