Is there anyone who can explain to me how to send a custom email that I created with the email designer. I have created a password reset email, saved it but the old template is sent by the website.

it would be helpful is you show you template setting (as it is not clear whether you did everything generally needed and still having an issue)
You need to set a connection with a specific form. I don’t know if there is any specificity with login form, but generally you go to template setting, choose “Specific Bricks Form” and put the form ID in the appropriate field.
The only tough detail that I personally stuggled with is to define that this is the id without #brks_
And if you have changed the id in Bricks, you need to look at the code-inspectore to look for “script-id”.
