Hello! After try and error for more than 5hrs, i have found the reason why my correctly setup with the Mail template from the E-Mail-Designer have not both been sent, after i have submitted one form.
I was already testing it also in the Playground of Brickforge to get the most neutral basis to get the error:
So… You must not enter the Mail data into the Mail-Settings in E-Mail-Designer. Please only fill in the data directly at the tab “Mail” or “Mail Confirmation” in the Pro Form element in the Bricks Builder.
I have done that, and removed any data from the E-Mail Settings in die E-Mail-Designer and there hasn’t been any problem anymore when i submitted a form.
Both Mails: Mail to Customer and Mail to Company have been delivered then successfully
