How to update Radio Wrapper options dynamically (ajax)?

I have three custom post types:

  1. Destinations
  2. Tours
  3. Tour Dates

For example, if the Destination is selected as India, the tours should be shown from India and so will be the tour-dates for the selected tour.

Problem is: We need to change JSON of radio wrapper everytime the destination is changed. (AJAX)
