Just open a Support Ticket sending over the Order ID of your initial/current Starter Plan. Then we’ll either upgrade you from our end or send over a unique code for you to use on checkout

I apologize for my somewhat trivial question, but I’m having trouble finding the option to create a ticket. When I click on “Create Ticket” in the Support section on the left side menu, a popup opens to create a new topic instead of a new ticket, pl see the screenshot attached.
Could you please guide me on how to create a private ticket for you?
You should now be able to see the “Support” category. Thats the right category for your ticket
