Maintenance Mode

Hi there.

Am I right that this ‘functions’ is not working for the update process? I was expecting the selected template / site shows up when updatig any plugins / themes.

Right now it just seems to show up if activated - right?

Hi Sascha, you’re right. The purpose behind the maintenance mode is either a temporary page design before your website is online or to display a specific maintenance page while you are working on it for a longer period of time. The Maintenance mode is not displayed while your website is updating themes or plugins.

Thank You! Is this something You take into consideration for the future? Would be cool to have a custom site that shows up even for the ‘normal’ update process.
