Hello Daniele,
yet another bug in Bricksforge that has cost me hours of research. Since one of the latest updates and using Email Designer, it is no longer possible for a customer to change their password. The template in email designer just contains html content in the body (apart from an image in the header and footer)!
With Bricksforge activated I get an error that says ‘This key is invalid or has already been used. Please reset your password if necessary.
Without Bricksforge and especially email designer, no worries until the last step.
