What is the purpose of this bug report?
I complaint about a bug, very detailed one. I brought out the browser network report, API issues, license verification etc, with screenshot (I think) a couple of days ago. I came to check the replies & found no post at all.
I have been ignited with distrust for this community.

Can you change your email address to the one used for your license? After that you will see the support area. I remember. I had moved your ticket to the support area because it was about license issues and support is a more appropriate area.
