Pro Form Not subnmitting Data neither sending Notification to email ID

Hi Bricks Support Team,

I’m encountering an issue with the Pro Form on our website: Now Hiring – Blues City Thrift.

When users submit the form, it shows a red error message:
“An error occurred – please try again later”
No data is submitted, and no email notifications are sent.

Here’s what I’ve already checked:

  • All form actions (email notifications, success message, etc.) are configured correctly.
  • No custom code is interfering with the form.
  • No JavaScript console errors appear during submission.
  • WordPress, Bricks, and all plugins are up to date.

Could you please help identify what’s causing this issue? Let me know if you need admin credentials or further details.

Such an error usually appears when you either have duplicate form field IDs in the form or there are some issues on the server. Please first check if there are any duplicate IDs. After that, please look into the PHP error logs and send the log here.
