Pro Forms: "Jump to top" doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Navigate to https://sffform.2sinn.biz
  2. In the “Antragsteller” section, fill the fields, “Institution” and “E-Mail-Adresse”.
  3. Scroll to bottom and click “Weiter zu Kosten” button

In this form, I have enabled the option “Jump to top” for multi-steps:

However, the form doesn’t jump to the top after moving on from one step to another.
