Pro Forms Not Visible - Visibility: Hidden

Hi,

I created a form but it doesn’t show up on the front end. I notice that it is set to visibility:hidden !important.

How can I make it show up?

Do you have JavaScript errors in the console?

Any chance you’ve got a link we can look at to find out where that visibility css is coming from?

Do you notice the same issue using the new version 1.0.5?
