Hello everyone, I have a problem with the E-Mail Designer extension, and I have integrated a template with a contact form created with Pro Form, from BF, it turns out that 2 things happen:
• The first is that the email reaches Spam.
• The second is that the copy email that I receive arrives with the email address; wordpress@estudioleven.com, which should not happen since I established another email
I don’t know how I can solve this, if someone could help me I would appreciate it,
The Email Designer does not send any emails itself, but only intervenes in the content. The Email Designer therefore has nothing to do with anything ending up in spam.
You can select the sender in the Bricks form. You can also overwrite it in the global settings in the Email Designer.
Hello,
I understand what you are saying, the strange thing is that the email goes directly to the spam box once I apply the template to the form, I say this because by not assigning the template, the email arrives in the inbox (as it should happen), I have done tests, I don’t know what the reason is, greetings!
What does your template look like? Do you have many images in it? I don’t know the factors in your email client/server that determine when something is categorised as spam. Have you tried using a different client?
