Problems with ProForms Steps

I have a very long form for an NGO. For that reason I thought I would use ProForms Steps on this form. But I can’t find a way to make it work.

  1. I enter, as indicated in the instructions, the ProForm identifier

  2. I configure, as indicated, the name I want to give to my first step. Although it is not seen in the edition sale, it is seen in FrontEnd

  3. I have dragged the Step element into the end of each of the 6 blocks (corresponding to the steps) of my form. I have tried to name it with the name in Spanish (step 4, for example) and with the name in (Step 4). But that doesn’t add new steps to my left navigation menu in either the BackEnd or the FrontEnd.

  4. I have placed Previous / Next navigation elements at the end of each of my steps blocks. It doesn’t work either.

I’ve been looking through the BricksForge instructions and forums for a couple of days and I can’t find anything that can help me. Please: can someone tell me what the procedure would be to make this work.
