Bricksforge Richttext field for frontend edit of ACF repeater not getting applied or saved. And most of the time not loaded at all.

I’ve now tested this around 30 times and the editor was displayed every single time. Could you please check if you might have any browser add-ons installed that could interfere with it?

Also, please try switching to one of the two alternative Rich Text Engines (Flat Toolbar or Tooltip based). These options are generally more stable and are our preferred providers anyway. Let us know if that solves the issue for you :blush:

hey, tried in wavebox (chromium) + incognito and in Firefox. Both were / are not working here. Same for both editors you mentioned, no matter if incognito or not.
The bigger problem, client facing same issue and is far away from any tech exp. :slight_smile:

If you need any other infos, another video showing with both other editors, let me know. Happy to provide.

Hey :slight_smile: I asked the team and we tested it on several computers, and for everyone the field is always displayed and there is never a case where it is not shown. :thinking:

In a case where its not loded, could you check the console for any javascript errors and share the logs with us? This would help to find the cause :slight_smile:

I understand you. The problem is: as long as none of us can reproduce this issue – not even on your site – there’s literally no approach we could try without actually seeing the error in action.

Maybe things will become clearer once we have some logs. Feel free to reach out with those, and if they help identify the issue, we’ll fix it asap :slightly_smiling_face:

logs, what logs do you mean, can you give more precise infos so i can provide the requested logs to solve this issue. (which still is a massive one here)

If I am understanding correctly, you have an ACF repeater field with a WYSIWYG subfield mapped to a Pro Form Rich Text field in a Repeater Form field?
