I hope you’re doing well.
Today I noticed that my Bricksforge subscription was automatically renewed for USD 59. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the renewal date was approaching.
I completely understand that the renewal was part of the subscription terms. However, I haven’t actually used Bricksforge during the past year, and I’m currently going through a difficult financial situation. The charge came as an unexpected expense.
I was wondering if you would consider making a one-time exception and issuing a refund for this renewal. I would really appreciate it.
If possible, I’d also like to cancel the subscription so it won’t renew automatically in the future.
