I’d like to request the addition of a field that allows us to set a reply-to email address.
Our current setup uses “no-reply@domain.com” as the sender address for all emails, including confirmation emails. The problem is that when customers reply to these emails, the replies are sent back to “no-reply@domain.com,” which we never access. This results in missed communication.
By adding a reply-to field, we can specify a different email address for replies. This will ensure that customer responses reach the appropriate destination and prevent missed communication.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
