Secondary Header On Scroll Position with Bricksforge

Hello,

I was trying to accomplish the same header as it was demonstarted from this vedeo: HOW TO [03] Slide In a Secondary Header On Scroll Position with Bricksforge - YouTube.
I could not make it working. The video shows it with the deailed steps, howeve I could not make it working.
Has anyone created a similar one? Do you have any feedback how to fix it?

The secondary nav row simply does not slide as it is shown on the video.

I followed with all the steps from the video, but it does interact at all.
