Hi,
I wanted to try AI asisstant but I got the error?
Before the test I generated new API key.
How to fix that?

This could have two main reasons:

  1. Your OpenAI API Key is invalid
  2. Your site is not SSL protected (https)

Unfortunately doesn’t. Even tried on different website and still the same. Probably that is my mistake but I can’t figured out what I’m doing wrong.

Generated new API, SSL is in booth websites. Is possible to provide credentials for you and can you have a look?

I have the exact same problem. Can you clarify, please? What do you mean under “API key needs his own billing information” - I have my account there, and billing is set up successfully as I paid them several times before. I added my credits to the API. Generated keys. But having the exact same problem. The SSL is not a problem.

Is there some bare minimum of credits I need to pay them to be able to use API or what?

It’s my fault, not yours :slight_smile: I noticed that Bricksforge is still including a gpt-3.5 model, which has been deprecated recently by OpenAI. In 3.0 (which we release in about 3 weeks, we already have implemented 4o-mini.). Please open a ticket sending access, I’ll adapt the fix directly to your site! :slight_smile:
