The form fails on the “Email” action. Did you setup SMTP correctly? Could you try to send an email from a new Pro Forms instance with the default fields? If that also not works, could you try to send an email using the native Bricks Form? ![]()
CORRECT! That was the issue.
So, when you see this message, step 1 is to check that your SMTP is set up properly and that your WordPress install is sending emails properly.
