"Submission failed. Please reload the page and try to submit the form again." happens every time on submission

I have tried removing and reinstalling the license to start. What should I do next to troubleshoot this issue? Thanks in advance!

Hey :slight_smile: The form fails on the “Email” action. Did you setup SMTP correctly? Could you try to send an email from a new Pro Forms instance with the default fields? If that also not works, could you try to send an email using the native Bricks Form? :slight_smile:

CORRECT! That was the issue.

So, when you see this message, step 1 is to check that your SMTP is set up properly and that your WordPress install is sending emails properly.
