Timeline disappears when selector is empty with Custom Trigger On

Hi!
When I set Trigger to Custom and leave the Trigger Selector field empty, the entire Visual Timeline disappears, making it impossible to edit animations.
I have to enter any fake selector just to see the timeline. And then I must delete it to make it work.

I guess, the timeline should stay visible with Custom Trigger, even if the selector field is empty.

Thanks!

Yes. for me too it is a bug. In the past (before 3.0) you can leave it blank or delete without problem (timeline visual disappearing).

But I really think the main question is another: why non scrolltriggered animations ( so normal timelines when a timeline act as a container for multiple tweens) need a selector? That’s not GSAP normal behaviour. I can understand that the plugin was built in that way and every timeline needs a selector.

I really hope Daniele could get some light on it.

Another question would be: why all tweens in the animator panel are timelines? Normal from/to are only in the node editor (and set also and set is pretty used).
