User Password Reset link/email won't send - using Pro forms with WooCommerce

Hello!

I am using a custom password page with pro form’s password reset function, but after submitting the form, no email has been sent.

And I try to “manually” send the password reset link under WP>User>Send password reset, but th error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.” pop up.

I am not 100% sure, but as soon as I deactivate woocommerce, both method works fine.

Is anyone came across this issues? And any way to fix it? Or would disable the woocommerce password reset function would be easier?

Hey @Neville, just tried it. Cannot reproduce it :frowning: Also with WooCommerce activated, both is working. Requesting a password reset email via Pro Forms works – and also triggering the reset email sending via the users profile works well.

Could you send me access so that I can take a look on this?
