when can we have the webhook in proforms?

Not in the next version. I guess Webhooks are coming with 0.9.9

No, how I wrote in the comment above, Webhooks are expected for 0.9.9 But with the next version, you can build your form select dynamically from a php function 
I think that’s also something you requested.
