Dear BF and Daniele,
Why no contact? We have been locked out of our BF account for two days!
We had written you about our BF not working issue, and made you an admin account on the site. But we are not getting a response.
We also have posted to the forum multiple times about the inability to log in! We cannot send a support ticket about our account, because we cannot get access to our key. We are getting disappointed, and frustrated with BF.
Because as much as we love being there for you, we also like to enjoy our weekend sometimes. 
Besides, yesterday was a holiday in Europe, so we didn’t work.
I am going to close this post as it is not leading to anything productive.
